Role play 1, Everything is a mess
Now that you've been introduced to Tips for Identification of Signs and Symptoms of Students in Distress, we'd like you to watch a "role play" of a student and faculty member one week after a major test.
As you watch the video, "Everything's a Mess," notice what signs and symptoms this professor sees and hears from the student that leads him to encourage the student to seek counseling services. If you have a copy of the Students in Distress brochure you may want to use it as a checklist for the signs.
