Important Notice
Student Health Insurance All full-time undergraduates were billed (with the fall 2008 semester bill) $1,030 to cover the mandatory student health insurance fee. Only students who provide proof of adequate coverage from another health insurance plan may have this charge waived. Requests for waivers must be done online; the waiver site opened July 7 and will close on September 30. Please refer to the Student Health Insurance link for more details on this program.

The Student Accounts Office coordinates the billing process, handles all payments made toward students' accounts, manages the monthly payment plan, processes financial aid payments, disburses all refunds from overpayments, determines residency status, manages the "stop" list, calculates refunds due to withdrawals and performs other miscellaneous financial functions.

Fall 2008 Refunds Refunds from Stafford loan proceeds are scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 2. Refunds from PLUS and Alternative loans are scheduled to begin Friday, September 5. Please monitor your Cortland e-mail account or your myRedDragon account for notification when your refund is available.
