Angela teaches Sivananda Hatha-Yoga and wants to help you reduce stress and increase flexibility.  Her gentle strengthening technique will allow you to become stronger, balanced and centered.

YOGA encompasses everything:  mind, body and spirit.  Based on the perception that the physical body is a vehicle with the mind as a driver, and the soul the true identity, yoga is a complete science of life that originated in India many thousands of years ago.  In Yoga, action, emotion and intelligence are the three forces which pull the body vehicle.  To have integrated development, these three forces must be in balance.  Yoga combines all the movements needed for physical health and breathing and meditation techniques to ensure peace of mind.

Anyone can participate in Yoga; no special equipment or clothing is required.  Register today and give it a try!
