Brand Graphic Element

A graphic element that reinforces our brand, which is called the "bridge," has been created by enlarging the stylized "C" from the primary College logo. Varying portions of the enlarged "C" may appear according to the size and dimension of the material on which it is displayed.
In addition to showcasing the energy and momentum of the "C," the element symbolizes the bridge from the behind-the-scenes brand promise to the public expression of the promise in the stories of SUNY Cortland's people and programs.

The enlarged "C" or "bridge" must appear in exact proportion to the "C" used in the College logo but does not always have to be used with the logo.
Due to the complex proportion and printing specifications of the bridge, use of the brand graphic element will be at the sole discretion of the Publications and Electronic Media Office.
