Service Description
Webcasting is a technology that delivers live video and audio broadcast directly to your computer's desktop via the World Wide Web. It allows people to attend administrative events and meetings without leaving the office. Live events can be stored on a website for access at a later time. 
CMS provides webcasting services for administrative functions.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Supply the Webcasting Agreement Form signed by the presenter (s)
  1. Ensure webcast participants understand how to access the webcast and/or have received the “How to Access Live and Archived Webcasts” information sheet prior to the session.

Policies or Service Requirements
A 7 business day notice is required to assure there is time to make all arrangements for a successful webcast
