Service Description
Video conferencing technology enables face-to-face interaction in real time with two-way video and audio communication. This technology can be used in a variety of ways to include: synchronous distance education, meetings, interviews, guest lecturers and training activities. It can also be used to reduce travel expenses, increase productivity and provide a cost effective way to bring rich content to the campus.

Features and Functions
Sperry Center Room 309, serves as the College’s video-conferencing facility with a seating capacity of 20.
Sperry Center Room 309 has the capability to record content for future viewing either over the web or by hard copy distribution (i.e.DVD)
Customer Responsibilities
We ask that clients provide contact information for the remote site(s) a minimum of five business days prior to the event to arrange a test in advance of the actual conference. Connections with remote sites will be tested and the campus technician will advise you of the results.
Policies or Service Requirements
Reservations for the video-conference facility located in Sperry Center, Room 309, are scheduled on a first-come first-served basis.
A five business day notice is required to assure there is time to make all arrangements for a successful video conference.
